If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return item(s) for an exchange or store credit. MaddGear Boutique will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased here.
This merchandise must be returned to the location of original shipment (the address listed on your packing slip).
Return Requirements (Clothing)
- Any item that you would like to return or exchange must be sent back within 5 days of receipt.
- Items must not be worn or washed & tags still attached.
- If there are any signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks, we will ship the package back and you may be subjected to additional shipping costs.
- Items must be in its original packaging if returned. Example: please place shoes in the original box and place that shoe box in another box for shipment.
- Please write your order number and date of order on the outside of your shipping carton.
- Please ship your exchange via a traceable signature-required service to ensure delivery and proper credit.
Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for return processing. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed and shipped.
Exchanges must be made within 5 days of placing your order. Do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service.
- The shoes and shoebox must be in original “new” condition or the return will not be allowed.
- ALL accessories are FINAL SALES!!!
- Maddgear Boutique & ffshoez.com does not accept exchanges unless they are returned in their original shoe box.
- All shoe boxes must be shipped back in an outer carton.
- Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused.
Damaged or Defective Products
All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email within 5 days of your order date.
Please include digital photos of all angles of the shoes, including the bottoms, for review.
We may request that you send the shoes to our Quality Assurance Department for further review.
If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.
Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.
All orders to be processed within approximately one business day. All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay the shipment of your package.
Orders placed before 3pm CST, Monday through Friday are generally shipped on the same business day. (However, we are not guaranteeing same day shipping). On Orders placed after 3pm CST should be shipped the next business day.
****Orders usually take 1-2 business days for processing (not including holidays and weekends). As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. ****

Domestic packages are shipped through USPS, UPS or equivalent Services.
Standard and express shipping to physical addresses will always be delivered via USPS or equivalent Services, as will every Next Day Package (Please note that Next Day shipping is not available to PO Boxes). Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.
International Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS International shipping types. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Estimated International standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 weeks.
